I think this is going to be our best Christmas yet - and weve had some pretty awesome ones. The awesome factor has nothing to do with gifts...its more that early on I accepted what we were going to be capable of providing, which isnt all that much this year. It took a lot of pressure off and a lot of stress never even became a problem.The kids know that it is a very tight year and that while we usually can pull off a little miracle by Christmas eve, this year we just cant. Everyone will have a little something from us under the tree - but definitely not like in years past. All of my babies will be here and they all genuinely enjoy each others company. I feel REALLY blessed to have a house full of kids of all ages that really grasp the fact that we are together is THE important thing and that gifts arent always something you unwrap. Letting go of this stress was the best thing I could ever have done for myself, and those around me. And ultimately, no one is missing out on ANYTHING - because some little angels have taken it upon themselves to send along things that will make my kiddos day special, and for that, I can never thank anyone enough. If you are one of those angels, please know how much we love you xo Thank you SO much.
