I think this is more so an issue for people looking for answers to the world problems..on facebook. You see, there are answers out there to the many questions that we have about life and current affairs. However a machine is only capable of giving you a certain level of information and your facebook contacts are only capable of validating your value only so much. We have to remember that this is only a tool, contacts are contacts, and real life is real life. Spiritual health is something that requires daily maintenance, so why would mental health in relation to facebook usage be any different? For regular uses, its a daily discipline to not let facebook and what you see your contacts posting, distort reality or your sense of personal power and possibility. This medium does not have all the answers, in fact it does have quite a few lies. Use with caution, and use to help create real friendships in your area as it can allow you to find like minds. Do not confuse real revolution with likes, posts, or group pages. Do not confuse real debate with trolling threads. This can be a means to a end, this is not the end itself.
