I think this whole episode has been a hoax perpetrated by Sony. They knew the movie would be a bomb at the box office, its basically a throw away movie, they wanted to try to make some sort of profit on it. They concocted this entire hack to drum up interest in the movie. Make it a must see. If you look back the information that was released in the hack was not all that interesting. None of the actors who were mentioned in emails, etc. have said much of anything. North Korea was an easy target to blame - who knew they even had Internet. They had the added bonus of being able to test market releasing a movie in theaters and online at the same time. I think its all a ploy by Sony in what could lead to a new paradigm in how movies are delivered. I suspect we are headed towards two types of theaters - Imax for the big visuals blockbusters and the draught house for movies that dont rely on big visuals.
