Give it a shot! ***BOULDER SHOULDERS*** Rear delts- *Reverse peck deck- 3 sets to 12 *Cable rear delt rope pulls- 4 sets to 12 *Bent over rear delt db raises- 3 sets to 10 followed immediately by a 3 tier drop set Side delts- *seated machine side delt raises- 3 sets to 10 *cable side delt raises (single arm) 3 sets to 12 *Db side delt raises- 3 sets to 10 followed immediately after with a 3 tier dropset Front delts- *Db front delt raises (candlesticks) 3 sets to 10 *front delt plate raises- 3 sets to 12 Finished with 3 heavy sets of smith machine seated military press 8-10 reps superset with bb front upright rows! **wt was increased each set **3-4 count negative on each movement *stretch*
