I think we have all said at one time or another, Im losing my mind. Well, right now if my mind was lost I wouldnt look for it or try to get it back. Like a stuck record it keeps running Dad will be calling any time, keep phone near. Followed with reality check, No, he wont youll never have another conversation with him. Over and over again. I know I am not the only one missing my dad, I miss him everyday. Today especially because that phone call makes the holidays happy and complete. I cant even be thankful I went to Idaho to see him, only did that one time. I just assumed he would always be here. I urge everyone to not take things for granted or assume someone will be here your entire life, cuz when that thought is proven to be wrong, guilt may be what you feel.
