I think you are twisting things Alex - if it is the law in Texas to remove her from office - then remove her - no big deal - no indictment on Perry - His problem - that brought the indictment - was not her behavior - rather HIS - that of blackmail - Blackmail is an act, often a crime, involving unjustified threats to make a gain or cause loss to another unless a demand is met We could argue whether his threats were justified - but if, as you say, she could have been removed from office, by law, then why didnt he do so?
