I thought I should share these screen shots as a post for all to see. This is a reminder to those that remember this, and an introduction to those that are just joining the fight. In 2013, the MS superintendents association sent out mass emails to all of the superintendents. They in turn sent out mass emails to their staff, telling them to vote against the SPED bill, speech therapy bill, parents rights bill, the appointment of superintendents bill and more. Why did they say to vote against these? Because these bills were not designed to help educators do a better job or improve their schools. I guess that means to hell with what is best for the kids!! For DeSoto County citizens, pay close attention to the first page where Milton sings the praises of Pat, Forest and Wanda for not supporting these bills. :(
