I thought I was loosing my touch again. I have been having issues with Verizon since the day I renewed my contract with them and upgraded my phones. I Chatted several times with them and call too and talked to a rep. I wanted copies of the chats, and you can do that within their site but I never got them. yesterday I was told by one rep I would need to get a police report and subpoena to get the records. I am pissed, since Ive been working on this for over a week and was told that they are working on getting them for me until today when they said we dont have them and I have to get that subpoena. what idiots. I just sent a report to the BBB and filed a complaint, so well see what if anything that does. my files just disappeared, how odd, it only has to do with my loyalty plan I am to get and other price quotes too. so why wouldnt they loose them. might need to take in mr. springfield in with me next time.
