I thought I would just write a little something about people upgrading their phones to iOS8. If you are complaining that you have to delete stuff off of your expensive phone, or youre losing data, photos, videos, etc., because youre installing a FREE upgrade to a phone that you refuse to backup to a computer, then you need to take a really hard look at your first world problems life. You DO realize that your phone, which is actually a small computer running faster than a laptop of 5 years ago, is updating its entire operating system, BY ITSELF, without being plugged into anything, and all you did was push a few areas on the screen. If you lose that precious photo of your niece doing something cute, thats on YOU. This update is in no way to make anyone feel stupid. But I just have a difficult time being empathetic to people complaining about this problem theyre encountering. By the way.... if you actually update your iOS by plugging it in to your computer running iTunes, you dont have to do a single thing, everything is backed up and returned and you dont even have to worry about having enough space. But for some people, it seems thats just too much effort.
