I thought Obama was very relaxed in his State Of The Union Address! He seemed most comfortable laying out his agenda to both the heavily controlled Republican Congress as well as making overtures to state legislatures throughout the Empire, who indeed can make strong governmental decisions, that are in line with his presidential agenda going forward. This address also has the potential to fire up Democrats across the board, especially the ones in the minority in the Congress! It was a good address on many levels in my opinion!
