I thought i posted this earlier but i guess i didnt hit send. Rather than type all again. long story short. A homeowner a block away last summer placed broken concrete around tree plots on my street. I saw them doing it but thought they either had permission or were claiming the abandoned plots for urban gardening. They were simply getting rid f trash. I knocked on their door about two months ago after the jagged cement along the curb had been moved by people trying to park. the blocks are huge and scratch cars. As they have done nothing with the space I asked them to t please collect the cement blocks and they said they would. The blocks are still there. they are around two tree plots on Christian btwn 21st and 22nd. They are dangerous and ugly and will just get worse as the ice comes round. How can i get this off the street, I neither have access to a truck nor a place to put the trashy cement. Ideas?
