I thought that when the Mayo took over the hospital that things would be better, WRONG! The wait time & the care is worse than it was. My daughter took my grand-baby there because she stuck something up her nose. We could see it but we couldnt reach it & her only being 2 years old we didnt want to use sharp pointed tweezers & we didnt want to accidentally push it further up out of view. Well, the person that saw her decided to shove a light up her nose BEFORE looking & pushed the object further up into her sinus & now its not visible. She is now on her way over to see Dr. Ramesh (ear, nose & throat specialist). Praying that they can remove the object without surgery.
