I thought this sounded interesting.......... Smoked egg pate and pita chips. Hard boil 6 eggs, peel off shells. Fruitwood smoke peeled eggs 20 min at 275 until the eggs have a brown sheen. Quarter the eggs and place in a food processor. Coarsely chop, add 1/2 cup mayo, salt and pepper to taste mix in processor in small bursts. Pita chips Quarter pita bread spray with olive oil and sprinkle with favorite rub. Direct grill 2min per side keeping in constant movement. Separate the top and bottom half. Spread the egg mix inside. Serve.....
