I thought this was interesting: Two young men lost the $13,000 they apparently had made by selling marijuana in central Illinois, but they avoided prison for their crime. Nick Kinzler, 23, of Pekin, will serve about six full weeks in jail and return each of the ensuing 15 weekends under the sentence he received in Tazewell County Circuit Court last week. Another year of intensive probation will follow that incarceration. Timothy Hennessey, 23, of Tinley Park, received a three-year probation term with conditions that include regular drug testing when he followed his partner Friday in pleading guilty to possessing less than 500 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver.
