I thought youd appreciate this picture painted by Ians younger - TopicsExpress

I thought youd appreciate this picture painted by Ians younger sister of his boy Tyler, and also this peek at one of the walls in his room covered with encouraging notes for him. I also thought youd appreciate getting some ENCOURAGING NEWS. It looks like the engraftment of stem cells HAS BEGUN!!! His blood count moved from zero to .1 yesterday morning. We were guarding ourselves from disappointment because it had done that three days earlier and gone back to zero. We needed to see a pattern. Well, THIS MORNING it had moved again ... in the right direction. His white blood cell count was at .2 at first light today. It looks like the process is finally taking!!! Ian is a very tough dude and Im sure his strength and courage have served this process well. But we ALL BELIEVE (especially Ian & Shiloh) that the biggest factor playing out in this medical drama is your passionate and unceasing prayers to our God who heals. THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU. Ian has a long way to go. I wouldnt dare post a photo of what he looks like right now as it would frighten you to see the condition he is in. But theres been a twinkle in his eye all the way through this, and its twinkling much brighter today. Its a lot to ask but please, if you can, continue to remember this fine young man as you visit with God in prayer.
