I tied Angel out for a minute to check some books out for a patron and she escaped. Thank You to Chris, Edward, and Frank for notifying me that Chief Sterner had picked her up, loitering at the post office. Chief Sterner was nice enough to release her back into my care after I scrambled out of the Guernsey Branch Library and around the corner to his vehicle. He laughed and told me that everyone was looking at him like he was a dog stealer and could not figure out why. :) Thank You to all for keeping my doggie safe!!! And hopefully most of you like having her here to greet you!
