I told myself I wouldnt do one of these New Years Resolutions. I told myself I would not jump on that band wagon. Majority if not all my life Ive been successful. Dec 31st/Jan 1st is just another day in my books. Or a way for society to start over and start fresh. This one isnt for me. Its for the woman that I fell in love with since the days I laid eyes on her for the first time, the day I held her hand for the first time. The first date where basically our first words were get in the effing car dude and I gotta take this jacket off. Brooke Fulp I wanted to take a moment to vent to the world. To admit my flaws. Im a very selfish and stubborn individual. It could be my upbringings, or it could just be me. You can call this conforming to society and apologizing over Facebook. But I wanted everyone to see it. I love you more than I ever have. Heres, to new beginnings (raises imaginary whine/champaign glass). To a strong future. You truly are everything a man could ask for. I am lucky and I am blessed. Its because of you that I am pursuing my dreams. I could have never done it without you. Dont ever change who you are, not for anyone, not for anything. It truly is a miracle that you have stuck with me for all these years through our ups and downs. I still think it will only make us stronger.
