I took Robin to best Buy this afternoon. We are getting on a three and a half hour flight back east on Wednesday and we are terrified. At 18 months, the Biddo (nickname arrived at by putting kiddo through the name game) sits still about 3 minutes at a shot. So the thought is to load the IPad up with stuff. But we needed ear phones. At Best Buy I wandered through the head phone section. Yes, an entire section devoted to head phones. Some have extra bass. Eventually this girl, maybe 19, comes and asks if I need help. I used to be good at this; navigating Best Buy. I say, I need kiddo head phones. She is enamored of Robin. She says she believes she knows where there are some, buy she needs to ask. She disappears for a few minutes, then reappears and says they exist in the lifestyle section, but she doesnt know where that is. She disappears to ask someone. She returns a few minutes later holding a pair of transformer style head phones and a pair of Spider man style headphones. The Biddo picks the transformers. We pay and leave. Long story short, I only spent $20 at Best Buy. Whats happened to me?!?
