I took a Womens Self Defense class in college. I thought for sure the teacher was going to flunk me, as she talked to us really mean, yelling the whole semester. My sparing partner was always making contact, OUCH! The last week of class we were suppose to have the Jujitsu class come in to spare with us, all guys, I didnt not show up to class. Fortunately, she did not fail me. And it turned out she yelled at us and was mean all the time, because she was conditioning us to take crap from an attacker, and give as good as we got. I learned a ton from that class. Check video out ladies.
