I took a bike ride this morning. It has been probably close to 15 years since I have been on a bike. It was hard getting my artificial knees over the bar but I did it. I rode 3.5 miles. I am hot, sweating and feel great. It seemed that there were hills both ways, in the same sopts. I thought coming back would be all down hill, silly me. They are actually little hills and most bicyclers would laugh at me. If you are looking to go somewhere to bike ride, let me suggest coming to the Walker House! It is absolutely beautiful here!
