I took a sick day today & Im sick, again. I just got over being sick. I always feel guilty when I take a sick day from my 10-hr/wk work as a contracted Music Therapist, & when I do, I dont get paid. I dont have paid sick days, so I barely ever do it. I really struggle with taking sick days & not feeling bad about it. Anyone else have this in common with me? Anyone else keep getting sick even tho they take zinc, echinacea & vitamin C, eat healthy, sleep & exercise? I feel like a crybaby right now. Wah. ;)
