I totally DESPISE kale but I LOVE brussels sprouts. See I am trying other veggies. I cut them in half, added some grape seed oil, black pepper, crushed garlic, Mrs Dash table blend and now Pink himalayan crushed salt. You could use a little bit of your regular salt. Mixed it all up in a ziplock bag and put on baking sheet in broiler. Broil till cooked. Oh mama! You can do the same for broccoli but add some mustard to the mix..oh my goodness. Awesome ways to eat veggies. :) UPDATE: Be sure to cut brussels sprouts in half before cooking.
