I totally appreciate all the cake orders I get through Facebook. Friends of friends,recommendations,repeat customers and whole families that order from me, I love seeing peoples faces when they really like what Ive made them. But some people dont seem to realise how many hours I put into hand making all the decorations-i make or paint them all myself,only rarely using bought in toppers for my cakes. When someone orders a cake from me,there is EASILY 4-6 hours work in the decoration BEFORE Ive even baked the cake,so when someone orders cakes,then doesnt bother to cancel when they change their minds,IT PISSES ME OFF!! I might not have baked the cake yet,but Ive already put hours into the toppers,drawing them out,colour matching icing and modelling figures!! Have a little decency and tell me youre cancelling!!!!😡
