I totally understand the packing of product for shipping is a learning curve right now, but I did advise CS yesterday that when I received my shipment, the 12x12 page protectors were on the top and below were a lot of loose and jumbled (not bundled with a rubber band, etc.) tape runner boxes and tape runner refill boxes. Consequently, due to humidity, heat, etc. in transit, the PPs were a bit warped from uneven surfaces below them. I told CS that in the future, why not pack the PP on the bottom and others on top, keeping PP flat and not likely to warp.
