I tried the cheesy bacon potato dish I saw here tonight (Ill link the recipe in the comments) but I changed mine a fair bit and gosh it was incredible!!!!! I did one sweet potato, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and bacon. And sprinkling of celery salt and salt n pepper. A few knobs of butter. Then cheese on top. 1. Layer half of sweet potato, potato, onion and bacon and one garlic chopped clove then sprinkle with garlic salt, salt and pepper and put a little butter on top. 2. Do another layer of the same then I put mine on high for 3 hours (with the lid on but no foil or anything over the food like the recipe says) 3. then add the cheese and put lid back on with a tea towel to help the top crispen a little. It was sensational!!! (I did have chicken n veggies with it - just didnt photograph that!)
