ROBERTSON FAMILY FUNDRAISER in MEMORY OF COACH MICHAEL ROBERTSON Friday, November 21, 2014 at 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm Watertown Elementary School in 4-5 Cafeteria/Gymnasium (Silent Auction bidding closes at 7 pm) We are hosting a fundraiser to help the family of Michael Robertson with the unexpected loss of their husband and father. Michael passed away suddenly on Monday, Nov 4th leaving behind his wife and 3 young children. Michael was the primary financial provider in their home and the loss of income and funeral expenses will be a burden that we would like to help remove from this sweet family. SPAGHETTI SUPPER $6 per person OR $20 max for a family of 4 or more Dinner will include plate of spaghetti, salad, bread & drink DESSERT AND SILENT AUCTION We will have traditional auction items but the BEST part of this auction will be the Dessert and Casserole items!!! Save some cooking time for your Thanksgiving Meal and bid on some AMAZING Desserts and Casseroles that you can have ready to heat and serve for your holiday meal!! CAKE WALK We will host a $2 per walk Cake Walk Walk and get some yummy dessert after your spaghetti dinner! DRAWING FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER FOR 6 PEOPLE There will be a $5 per entry drawing for a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 people from Crystal Elegance. Includes chicken n dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cream style corn, roll, cranberry sauce, gravy and choice of pie. Drawing will be held at 7 pm, you do not have to be present to win. DONATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR: CAKE WALK BAKED GOODS (large cakes or tubs of a single item will be broke down into smaller containers) WHOLE DESSERTS AND CASSEROLES (Top covering should be clear for visibility to auction bidder. Please include reheating instructions with casserole if required.)
