I tried to do a youtube yoga class. Uh, maybe not that one. Quit it 10 minutes in and did a few sun salutations by myself instead. If I was in a class, Id have done more, but Im not sure I can handle any more on my own right now. Im looking forward to being able to afford Asana again this paycheck. I cut out a bunch of other stuff to be able to do it, but its worth it. And I need to commit to doing more on my own. Maybe in the mornings since Im up before everyone else. At least one sun salutation every day, because I can already feel the clouds that have moved in to my head thinning.
