I tried to find this book relentlessly when I was working on Cannabis and the Soma Solution scouring the whole globe via the internet, to no avail. Waradpande, although in agreement with the identification of cannabis as Soma, differs in opinion on the origins of this use from the version laid out in my own book on the subject, as he disputes the commonly held aryan invasion theory completely and suggests it is all indigenous Indian practice. However as a Vedic scholar, he brings some interesting translations to the table identifying the leaves and branches of Soma in his dispute of Wassons mushroom theory.
