I tried to take a beard trimmer back to the shaver shop in kotara. The trimmer wasnt strong enough to cut through my beard so I wanted a refund. As soon as they found out I used it they said no refund as they couldnt resell it. I told them I dont care if you can sell it, it doesnt work properly. A little more rangling and I managed to get them to do an exchange voucher. After getting home I sent an e-mail through there website and was told by the nsw branch manager that they did me a gesture by offering an exchange and I was free to try and get a refund from them if I could. Dodgy.
