I truly believe that I am still alive today for a reason, a substantial purpose....the air that escapes my lungs is much more than just a byproduct of inhalation. I was invited into this life and unlike my Son, I was given the chance to breathe...and sometimes during my day ,that alone, is all I am capable of doing. Something that seems so simple and yet complementary of complexities can very much in fact leave me baffled and breathless...it is of no coincidence that our very lives begin and end with a single breath. So then why do we take for granted such a precious commodity? Why do we exhibit reckless breathing patterns in the only life we know (at this time) that exsists? I,myself, alone, am responsible for the quality of life that I exhale and the words that I have just shared with all of you is more than just a moment of clarity,it is a continuum of that in which I have been blessed with....the gift of making each and every single breath that passes through my lips COUNT! Yesterday has expired,so let it be...today is in the making,so smile and make it everything you can imagine...And tomorrow has yet to become, so until then, JUST BREATHE...
