I try not to complain too much when dealing with anyone in the customer service/ retail industry because I work in that field. I know how hard it is to deal with people day in and day out. I understand that so many people complain that you are not doing a good enough job. That being said I have to take a minute to complain..... My wonderful fiancee and I bought an Xbox 360 at Heads Flea Market. We paid more than we should have, but it was a Halo Edition so we paid the price. I picked it up two weeks ago Saturday. I had to work Sunday and did not get to hook it up until Monday. When I tried to turn on the controller the buttons were sticky and stiff, and the battery pack was bad. The system came on, so I set about trying to find a game on the hard drive that was supposed to have been downloaded but it was not there. I then tried to open the disc tray but the disc tray would not eject. After finally getting the tray to eject I put three different games into it. It would not read any one of the three. I immediately called Heads Flea Market to inform them of the situation. They did not answer the phone as they were closed. My fiancee sent a message on FB to the owner of Heads to inform her what was going on. I then took the unit back in to her the next day. When I spoke with her, she told me that she did not appreciate the rude way my fiancee spoke to her and she thought it was me she was talking to. She said she thought about telling me to meet her somewhere to settle this the right way. I told her all of the problems we had with the system and she kept telling me that as long as the unit worked the rest of it was little stuff. (My thoughts, All that little stuff adds up.) She then had someone look at the unit. This person told her there was some food debris inside the system. She returned the unit to me with the words that my children must have put it there so it was no longer her problem. I have several problems with the way this situation was handled by the owner of this business, but my personal problems aside I am simply putting this out there to warn people that if you buy something from Heads Flea Market do not expect quality. I hope no one else will fall victim to such inadequacies of customer service, threats, or insults and accusations. Have a great day!
