I try to air on the side of non dramatic when it comes to dealing - TopicsExpress

I try to air on the side of non dramatic when it comes to dealing with this illness. I do not believe every ache and pain is a result of Chiari. With that said, I am 10 weeks post op. I have headaches everyday, most I can live with, but lately I have been having these (I use my own terms to try my best to describe what Im going through I think I do it poorly bc no one seems to comprehend what Im saying but Im trying.) so I call them tings of pain at first they happened if I got up too quickly first thing in the morning, but now they are happening a lot throughout the day at random times. Ive compared them to an extremely intense brain freeze, but the pain is so much worse then a brain freeze. It stops me completely and I have to just freeze until the pain is gone (which is anywhere from 5-20 seconds). Anyone else have this issue?
