I try to make meal-planning as easy as possible, so I set up a few guidelines that I generally follow: *Leafy greens are free foods, and I load up my plate with them *The body doesnt seem to easily convert dietary protein to body fat like it does with carbs & fats, so Ill eat more lean meat if Im really hungry *I dont tend to measure my proteins *I try to combine proteins/fats or proteins/carbs together *I tend to consume more carbs on active days and less when Im not training *I always keep a shake, bar, tuna, rice cakes, or some other snack around, just in case (emergency tuna has kept me from eating gas station garbage a few times)! Try these, try other ways, and make a list that works for you! And train hard, yall ;)
