I turned 43 a few weeks ago, and when I look back at my life I learned that Im a survivor, that I can dream well. That I can work hard, communicate well and that I have faith in God, that kept me in check, it has kept me grounded in life and that I am surrounded by good people. I have also had really good fortune. Moving here to the U.S over 20 years ago, I felt very much like an outsider, people talked and gossiped about who they thought I was, my family reasons for moving here etc..a Jamaican immigrant who played soccer, so I felt different, I was looked upon as a kind of gimmick, the guy who had a strange accent, so I had to find a way to fit in. I am at home now living in America, I learned long time ago that I could be anything I wanted to be. I love America, I embraced America, I love my life, I love my family and friends. I have learned to embrace change and operate from a transformational perspective, I always keep a to do project list, strive to exude joy, forgive others, and accept responsibility.
