I turned 50 today! I was blessed to have spent the day with my awesome family, celebrated mass at ST PAUL!!, a late lunch at The Coffee Pot, a warm walk around the Quarter, a trip to Barnes & Nobles, read endless birthday wishes on Facebook, received a call from my in-laws who sang Happy Birthday to me (now I know where Eric gets his singing talent from), the sweetest call from my cousin in hopes to continue a tradition her mama started 50 years ago, and finally home to steak and pasta! I even managed to get some of Austins lesson plans done and finished packing shopping for some last minute items for Shannon! Life is great at 50!
