I type through tears today, realizing that the world has become a lot dimmer, and the Heavens have become a lot brighter as my friend, Joshua Finley, has transcended this realm. I just cant believe it. I was scheduled to fly out later this year and meet up with Josh to catch up. Josh, you were a beacon for so many, shining your light so brightly that others were able to find their way out of the darkness because of it. You had the courage that many only wish they could conceive of, let alone encompass. You had the faith that many only dream of acquiring. And if everyone in the world had a heart as big as yours, there would be no hatred and hunger in this world. The most amazing individual... unique and one of a kind. A smile that lit up the whole town. I will never forget our years growing up, partying at Robins house and I wish we wouldve gotten to meet up once again before you transcended. I hope your phone still works and your loved ones can capture any last footage. I know you were working on a book to share your life stories. I pray that someone finds your work, and that someone can gather with all the lives youve touched and bring your wish to completion by sharing the stories you have shared with them; leaving your final legacy for the world to cherish, just as you wished.
