I understand Obama is pressing vetenarians into service to implement his microchip program, as most of them are already skilled at insertion of same. Microchip production is lagging, but Las Vegas gambling moguls are coming to the rescue...They will be donating enough $5 poker chips to be used in lieu of the microchips. Since these poker chips take up more space, they will be inserted into plus size citizens as we have more meat and skin to work with than do the skinny folks.
