I understand movie directors are supposed take stories or scripts and reveal it to us through their eyes but when u wanna tell a story we knw very well I suggest u tell it as it is or dont take the job. After Darren aronofsky totally destroyed the epic story of Noah on the big screen, Ridley Scott of all ppl decides to alter exodus gods and kings to his taste and destroys it even though its better than Noah in content. The all wise Ridley Scott decides to depict the redding of the Nile river with crocodiles eating ppl and killing fish, then goes on to put Moses in a position where he wasnt even aware the plagues were from God until the last plague, as if tht wasnt enough he goes on the destroy the splitting of the Red Sea by reducing the tide till there was no water in the sea... spoiling the most significant part of the movie in the process. Depicting God in a form of a child wasnt so bad but it killed the power of the story totally. Most annoying part is Moses carving the Ten Commandments into the tablet with a hammer and chisel... Even the 1956 Ten Commandments when we didnt have all this technology with 3D and all was able to show some effects with God writing the commandments with fire. Worst part is how it ended. In all the best part abt this movie may be the casting and the 3D perspective... Nothing more. #Totallypissed
