The State referendum is wholly separate and different than the host community referendum laid out in the legislation... I care not to hear from folks who have no idea about state constitutional law who are shilling for either side... I say all this while if the vote was tomorrow I would probably vote no... But the SJC was well within their rights to put it on the ballot... Stop conflating the two separate referenda...
