I understand that facebook isnt a good place to discuss family issues, Joseph Canberra and his adopted wife must know that or risk dysfunctional family should they keep pushing others to debate their marriage their marriage on the facebook. Though trauma of your past has left scars, wounds that still hurt, emotional pain and confusion that wont go away,I still urge you to be calm, repair your past records rather than being suspicious that people talking about you. However, you need to bring out the heavy guns of Metaprogramming. Metaprogramming means directing your past bad behavior to a new thinking called Metaconscious mind. Metaconscious mind brings the following functions to bear on your basic conditioning: Rehearsal role playing new verbal behavior, mentally practicing new movements, visualizing yourself acting in a new way, having new things and people in your life, and being a different person. Set a new limits or standards for your behavior, specifying how your behavior, words, or life shall be changed, and undermining and exposing your past negative records. Reflection thinking about the consequences of your behavior, getting ideas for alternative ways of acting, feeling, believing or thinking. I feel that debating your family issues with you on the facebook will greatly affect your wellbeing and even separate you or disintrergate your family in a way you didn;t expect when you provoked me to show evidence whether I was what in the last eight years. My current writing has nothing to do with your current relationship whatsoever... Be mindful otherwise you will bear the pain of your action if you dont take action now rather than later. I got nothing to loose, you know!
