I understand that healthcare in this country is broken and something needs to be done so that all people have access to affordable healthcare. I fully support that notion. But under the new rules of the Affordable Care Act, our monthly premiums will nearly double. And this is not for what most people would consider good coverage that buys us high deductible, catastrophic health insurance that only convers preventative care, everything else is out of pocket. When you do the math it hardly seems worth it. But under the new law we have to have it. It just seems really wrong and unfair, and is causing me stress (which is not good for my health!)
