I understand that things come up and that sometimes cancelling can be impossible however I also have a business to run and I just ask for the courtesy of letting me know if you can not make your appt or you are going to be late. I have other clients that may want to get in earlier and letting me know as early as possible gives the next person an opportunity to get an earlier appt or I can book someone else in.
