I unfortunately havent had the time to update as often as I would of liked this season . So far we have had a fantastic season . The dry mares are going into foal which is really pleasing . Our resident vet Ellen Newton deserves all the credit , she loves her work and is a massive part of our success and we thank her and hope she realises how much she is appreciated . Although as everyone knows breeding is all about percentages , Im not 1 to brag but i am currently sitting on 100% ( bred 1 mare . ) and Ellen and Renee have got some work to do with about 95% , good luck girls . Weve had about 40 foals ( touch wood ) without incident . We are as usual having more fillies than colt but they are all in good health and among them are some royally bred and stunning types . ( Below I will post a couple of pictures ..) Our yearlings will be in for yearling prep on the 1st of December which is an exceptionally busy time of the year but very rewarding . We will be posting pictures and will be weighing them all when they come in so people can monitor their natural growth and improvement .
