I uploaded the detailed rules and regulations of Futsal 2 days ago, give its Non-Fifa section a read in order to educate yourself about everything. Ill hereby highlight some of the main rules which will be applied in the tournament. 1) The half length will be 10 Minutes, with 5 minutes break in between. 2) Umpires decision will befinal. Fighting with the umpire or the opponent players will result in immediate disqualification of the players involved. 3) Every team must be present in the ground 15 minutes before the start of match. Get 5 minutes late and the match will be forfieted in favour of the opponent team. 4) The Substitutes can be used upto 10 times. 5) There will be NO offside rule applied. 6) Using shin pads is MUST for every team. 7) Since the grass is lush green and there has been rain over night, using plastic studs are allowed. Steel studs will not be allowed. 8) Proper kit (T shirt with shorts or Trousers) must be used. Nobody will be allowed to play in Shalwar Kamees etc 9) All the players should wear the same type of shirts. If not available, atleast the same COLOR of shirts must be used. 10) Playing with rings, wrist watches or any other jewellery item in hands will not be allowed.
