I use a lot of relaxing music for training. Im not a huge fan of dance tracks and things like that. I find that the more relaxing songs make the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. In gyms or group sessions its better to have the dance type stuff, but it you are alone then I find that the more relaxing tracks really better and more enjoyable. I used this quite a bit. Its basically on a repeat loop with a few other ones I like... Its a good running song as well. Or if you are working on something on a computer. Its just a good song in general.
