I used a system at Northgate Arena. Every 10 new students I put on another class. With 12 classes a week my plan is to create an Academy with 20 BJJ classes a week. I will stick with what worked at Northgate Arena. Every 10 new will create a new class. As soon as I can I will open up the other half of the showroom giving RGA Chester a 2000sq ft mat space. Its probably good that I share this with you guys so you are aware of my goals plus it will be up to you when the classes are in the future will be held. 2 kids classes will be added to the time table in January. They will be 40 mins long and there will be a kids membership also. Im looking forward to getting back at it! Merry Xmas
