I used alligator meat with this sauce but u can also do redfish catfish and shrimp. Use 1 can of cream of mushroom. 1 can of creme of celery and can of tomatoe sauce and one can of water. With alligator u have to brown it first but with fish and shrimp make your sauce then throw n your onions bell peppers bring it to a boil then cut down the heart where its barley blinking then add your seafood of using fish try not to stir to much cause u dont want your fish to fall apart Then season and taste as you go. Very easy to make and a very great sauce. Hope yall gine it a try and enjoy !!
