I used this company to ship my tool box form Ireland to New Zealand this year. Not only did the shipment take weeks longer than promised but my tool box arrived crushed and is unusable and some tools missing. I asked this company for extra padding to be placed round my toolbox but they had not wrapped it at all, instead only strapped it to a wooden pallet (bear in mind item was 5ft tall and weighed 400kg). while in transit it fell over and also got crushed badly. AA economy freight did not help out at all with sorting this problem as i was only insured for loss but if it was packaged right by them it should not of got damaged. I ended up paying them €450 to wreck and lose my tools which cost me $5000nz to replace. Easy to say i will never use this company again
