I used to be a BIG time anti-pull-up guy. This ALL changed when I destroyed my back and with Stus help, I starting rebuilding it last year. The Mcgill pull-up is an AWESOME tool to build your mid back and Lats, without risking a long and potentially dangerous set (especially for a BIG guy). You can do either ALL OUT singles, or sets of two with minimal rest. I typically do sets of two now and about ten sets and rotating grips each time.
