I used to be a Novel Junkie while growing up. Apart from reading Novels, I read anything readeable. I read Billings Method while I was in Primary school. Saw a red book in Moms bag, got it out and read it all through. I understood some parts in the book and the rest later while I was in Secondary school. I read hearts, hints, mill&boons...name it......Because of my very inquisitive nature, I was privy to things my mates couldnt comprehend at a very young age. Years .....Now, I dont get moved by Novels anymore. I can pass by sellers of second hand novels without the slightest push to stop over and glance over Authors and Titles. I just move on.... My interest has shifted entirely. Instead of Novels, I find myself stopping at places where I find books that will add value to my life. Books that will make me better, inspire me to greatness and activate the lazy portion in my brain. lolzzz Anytime I see young girls crowded over Places where novels are being sold, I smile and let old memories remind me of The Stephen King, Catherine Coulter and the rest. I still read Novels though...especially when I am sure it is a good one.
